Good
Location was central, car parking on site. Room spacious, cleaned and fresh linen each day. Plenty of free drinking water. View nice. No fuss with reception etc, staff helpful. 7 eleven on the corner, very close to Tesco Lotus. Price included breakfast but we never tried it - always quick out in morning. It looked nice mind.
Water pressure was really low, I mean poor. Lighting was a little dim. Could not get anything on the TV - wasnt really bothered to be honest so didn't say anything until check out. Hopefully it'll be fixed for next people.

Not recommended for the "standard" traveler, even the suite is sub-standard.
Good location, walkthrough to shopping center.
We had a suite (room 505). This hotel appears to be a typically "province" meeting hotel. It really misses "business" hotel qualities and especially the room (size was ok, but) was very disappointing. The SUITE design is a somewhat crazy set-up with double types of air temp controllers, a very small (about 40 cm deep) and inconvenient bathroom (what were they thinking when they made this ????). The bed matras was extremely flat and when one person turned over the other was moving along on the other side of the bed..... There is so much space in the room, why not a normal desk with chair so you can do some work? The only available spot to sit and work on a laptop had some strange quirks that made it also uncomfortable to work. The breakfast room was some kind of canteen. Big tables and no smaller options to sit e.g. with 2 or 4 at the table. The Breakfast itself was acceptable, though very Thai farmer focused. The hotel management should check out the room and bathroom and discuss it this is something you want to offer. Upon checkout I asked twice there were any remaining payments, they had the creditcard info and because they confirmed I assumed that it was paid, my wife did the same in Thai. They confirmed all was paid for and we went, then about 1.5 hour later (75 km away driving South) we got called by the hotel that the room was not yet paid for..... We refused to go back and paid later in the afternoon by bank transfer. How can a hotel like this get to 7.8 on Booking .com. Must be very happy other visitors.....
